The Tamborine Mountain Markets are on every 2nd Sunday of each month while the Tamborine Mountain State School Marts are on the last Sunday of each month. MARKET MAP

Mount Tamborine is famous for its National Parks (seven within 10 kms of each other). Cedar Creek National Park, Joalah National Park, The Knoll National Park, Witches Falls National Park, Panorama Point National Park, Macdonal National Park and Macrozamia Grove National Park. They offer beautiful rainforest walks that include but not limited to: Cedar Creek circuit (3.2kms), Rock Scree Walk (1.5km), Curtis Falls (1.5kms) Joalah circuit (4.2kms), Cameron Falls circuit (3kms), Rainforest circuit (1.4kms), Palm Grove circuit (2.6kms), Jenyn's Falls circuit (5.4kms), Witches Falls circuit (3kms) and Curtis Road track (1.2kms). Majority of Mount Tamborine walking tracks are around 3kms or less while some slightly lengthier. They are well beaten and easy to negotiate! NATIONAL PARK MAP

Tamborine Mountain Botanical Gardens (Forsythia Drive, Eagle Heights). The Botanical Gardens consist of 9 hectares of glorious rainforest, Scerophyll forest, 2 mountain streams and a lake. The unique climate of the mountain together with the rich volcanic soil allows a wide range of plants to be grown here.

Thunderbird Park (Tamborine Mountain Road) have activities that include: going horse riding through beautiful bush tracks (beginners or advanced); an exquisite Wild Life Sanctuary; fossicking in the ancient mine and dig up your very own treasure; the Thundereggs Rock Shop and see the rock cutting demonstration revealing the the thundereggs yolk of colourful gemstones. Watch birdfeeding of colourful Lorikeets, Rosellas, King Parrots, Kookaburras, Black Cockateals and more.

Tamborine Trolley Co run a number of different tours including hop-on, hop-off style tours on weekends linking wineries, the local distillery, arts & craft shops, antiques and collectables stores, restaurants and rainforest walks. A day pass is only $15 and allows visitors to see just about everything the mountain has to offer at their own pace in the safety of a gorgeous Tamborine Trolley.
